We are on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Store Assistants to join our Jet Mimosa Bloemfontein team. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience Excellence: Act as a brand ambassador by providing an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. Proactively engage with shoppers, identify their needs, and recommend the most suitable solutions to exceed expectations.

• Sales Performance: Monitor and track your daily and weekly sales performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Look for creative ways to generate new sales opportunities and contribute to overall store growth.

• Product Knowledge & Merchandising: Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and Jet’s diverse product range, ensuring that customers are informed and inspired. Support with stock replenishment so that the store is always ready to welcome shoppers.

• Operational Support: Assist in maintaining store standards, from merchandising displays to ensuring compliance with company procedures. Your attention to detail will help keep the store environment welcoming, neat, and efficient.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification is required.

• Experience: Previous retail or sales experience will be advantageous but is not essential – what matters most is passion, drive, and a willingness to learn.
